Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best results, clients agree to:

Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines.

Make payments as outlined in proposals or invoices.
Intellectual Property

All original designs, content, and strategies created by ABS remain our property until full payment is received.

Once payment is complete, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client (unless otherwise agreed).

We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.\
Limitation of Liability
While we work hard to deliver high-quality services, ABS is not liable for indirect losses, including missed opportunities, profit loss, or business interruptions.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. The most current version will always be posted here.
Refund Policy
At ABS Consulting Services, client satisfaction is our priority. Because our work is custom and service-based, our refund policy is as follows:

Consulting & Design Services: Payments made for time spent, consultations, or completed deliverables are non-refundable.

Project Deposits/Retainers: Deposits secure your project timeline and are non-refundable once work begins.

Cancellations: If you cancel a project before work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund (minus any administrative fees).

Dissatisfaction: If you are unhappy with a deliverable, we encourage open communication. We will work with you on revisions within the scope of your project agreement.
Refunds (when approved) are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Fulfillment Policy
Service Delivery

After payment and project agreement, we begin work based on the timeline outlined in your proposal.

Branding, design, and marketing projects are delivered electronically (via email, cloud folders, or secure links).

Financial management and tax services are fulfilled through scheduled consultations, document preparation, and secure file transfers.
Turnaround Times

Project timelines vary depending on scope. Estimated completion dates will be provided before work begins.

Delays caused by missing information or approvals from the client may extend delivery timelines.
Communication

We will stay in touch throughout your project via email, phone, or virtual meetings.

You will receive regular updates, drafts, or progress reports as agreed.
Completion & Handover

Final deliverables are shared once full payment has been received.

For ongoing services (such as financial management), fulfillment occurs on a recurring basis as outlined in your service agreement.
