Summer Music Fest 2025 – Shaping the Sound of Shreveport

When ABS Consulting Services relaunched in Louisiana, we made a promise: to bring bold creativity, strategic thinking, and community-centered innovation to every project we touched. Summer Music Fest 2025 in Shreveport, LA was one of the first major opportunities to honor that promise—and it became a shining example of what we do best.

Held on August 17, 2025, this energetic festival brought together over 25 performing artists and groups, 12+ local vendors, and more than 200 attendees for a day filled with music, culture, and celebration. ABS was honored to serve as the primary marketing specialist for the entire event, steering the visual identity that shaped the Festival’s look, feel, and excitement.

Crafting the Visual Story of the Festival

Our role went far beyond simple flyer creation. ABS Consulting Services built the complete creative foundation behind Summer Music Fest 2025, ensuring every detail looked unified, polished, and unforgettable.

Custom Artist Flyers

Every performing act—solo artists, bands, dancers, and groups—received their own uniquely designed digital flyer. These designs were crafted to match each performer’s energy while still tying into the festival’s overall brand identity. This approach helped boost promo engagement, strengthened artist visibility, and created a flood of shareable content that built anticipation weeks before the event.

Main Festival Banner

We created the official main banner displayed across the Festival grounds. This banner became the visual heartbeat of the event, used on stage, in photo areas, and throughout marketing materials leading up to the big day.

Vendor Artwork & Custom Designs

ABS also provided custom artwork for several onsite vendors, helping them present polished, professional visuals that attracted customers and elevated their brand presence.In addition, the Festival included family gatherings and reunions, and we were tapped to design family reunion T-shirt graphics—a community-centered touch that made the event even more meaningful.
